My alias isn't forwarding, why?

My alias isn't forwarding, why?

Hi folks!

I'm using zoho and can't make progress on a problem I'm having with my alias.

Currently I'm set up as mb@mydomain.com and I have an alias of info@mydomain.com. I have forwarding set, so that my messages go me at my Gmail address.

My mb@mydomain.com messages do forward, but my info@mydomain.com messages don't forward. I cannot discern why or what to do to change it.

Please advise!
