My changes being unchanged + logging out automatically

Since it is no longer possible for me to get support I figure this is the only option I have.  I've made several requests for access to the support portal but now over a week since the first of recent attempts and have received no invites or log-in info at all.
This same thing happened over a few months ago but I haven't had time to chase it up.

That's not my problem though.
My problem is something I have reported in the past yet zoho tech support could not find anything wrong.  It still keeps happening so I'm looking for some advice if it's not got anyhting to do with the Zoho server. 
Every 24hrs or so my CRM logs out.  Any pages I may have open will then simply revert to the default page of zoho CRM when I log back in and that can be problematic especially if I've had certain details open in a window that was for later use (I'm dealing with several people at a time and its hard to keep track of it but if I can keep a window open it helps as a place mark).

I want to know why my account logs out automatically.  It isn't exactly every 24 hours adn sometimes it can be days before it will hapen but when it happens repeatedly within a few days it seems to be every 24 hours or there abouts.

I can't imagine it's the browser although I was asked to use an earlier version of firefox for stability but then I keep getting the firefox reminder to update so I just update it to get it out of the way.

Any suggestions as to what is happening and how to stop it?  I'm using the latest version of firefox browser but still using the old version of CRM.
Is the new version stable enough to start using now?  Will that make any difference?

The last time that this happened was only a few minutes ago and what I notice has happened is that a calendar entry that I had altered the times for has changed back to what it was before i altered it.  Even the times that I had changed on the invoice itself (we take time specific bookings) were changed back to what it was before I changed it. 

Hope you guys can figure this out as it's not a small problem if our customer booking details are being altered.
