Hello,
My client is receiving a blocked email error message when trying to send email to someone else inside her own domain. Please advise as to what the problem is. I can't log in to the forums with her account, your voicemail support system doesn't work and 24 hours to wait for a reply is ridiculous on the email support forum.
I can't offer services to my client like this when they continue to break, support is limited and their is no real phone support available.
Getting really frustrated with such a great software program...
