my Clients client is not recieving email from my client

My Client is trying to send email to their client who uses your Zoho Mail service.Your client is not receiving email from my client, and my client is not receiving any bounce back or error from your servers. Me as a service provider did not find anyway to check to see if we somehow made it onto a blacklist of yours somehow and makes it hard for us to troubleshoot without a bounce back or Feedback Loop Information system like AOL provides. What can we do to fix this issue?
