I'm trying to male the outlook plugin work for my colleague.

So we install the outlook plugin (Outlook 2013), everything is fin and we can sign in with her credentials.

We we try to sync the contact database , it doesn't work.

I'm the one who created the contact but everyone should be able de to see it and sync the whole contact database to local outlook contact database.

Another thing is we tried to send an email from outlook to a sync contact but when we send it, no email item appears in the contact entity.

It works when we used the online send email action but it's not working from Outlook.

Am I missing something ?
