My colleague who is also the Admin on the ZOHO CRM is unable to view my emails to leads or accounts

Hello!

I and the CEO both are admin on the CRM.

We both can see emails of other colleagues who are not admins.

But he cannot see my emails even though I have set them as "Public" in the ZOHO Mail Add-on settings (just like other colleagues whose emails we both can view).

We require that this colleague (the admin) is able to view my emails associated to my contacts/leads/accounts.

We use our company's domain emails and not the ZOHO domain email addresses for anything.

Kindly inform if there is a solution to this.
