Already ultilizamos the ZohoCRM at a certain time, and due to numerous complaints from our customers, we realize that emails sent via ZohoCRM are not reaching recipients.
We conduct test sending to the client, with copies to our internal email and also do not receive the email.
With this, we are saving the quote format. PDF and sending via Thunderbird or webmail. Well, we are failing to discover why stopped working sending email directly by ZohoCRM.
