I have a Zoho integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Books. In Zoho Books, I have the Contacts two way sync between the CRM and Books. However, I am having a problem. When I merge a duplicate in CRM, what it does it creates a new contact in Books (even though it already exists). When I try to merge the new contact and the existing contact in Zoho Books, it creates a new contact in Zoho CRM even though I have the existing recently merged contact. A never ending story. What should I do?
