my deleted emails remain in inbox with a line through them

my deleted emails remain in inbox with a line through them

I have recently moved my inbox to Zoho but when I delete an email in my inbox (outlook) the email remains in my inbox (outlook) but has a line through it. How can I get it to move to the deleted folder so that my inbox gets smaller?
