My e-mails are being routed to recipient's spam folder

My e-mails are being routed to recipient's spam folder

Hello there,

I am new to this e-mail platform and I have just finished setting up the basic. However, when I tried sending some test e-mails to check that everything is working fine, I come to realize that my e-mails are being delivered to the spam folder. Could anyone help me with this issue?
