My email account is blocked or hacked - please help!

Hi,

Every time I try to login i get the message -

Access Blocked
We are sorry. Your account have too many concurrent active sessions, so access is blocked now. Please contact support@zohoaccounts.com.

Have I been hacked, or is a fault of Zoho? Please help I urgently need access.
