My email is blocked

Hello,

I attempted to send one email today with a single link to an online form to approx 10 people. All email addresses were valid as I collaborate with the team regularly, however my outgoing email got blocked. I communicate with many people daily and need a reliable email platform. Please unblock as soon as possible. Also please advise why this has happened. Twhidbey@r3communityservices.org
