My email is not sending or receiving messages

Hi I used Weebly to create my website, and through them I bought my domain name. I tried to link my domain name up to this Zoho email account the best that I could but apparently it did not work because the server is rejecting and failing to deliver email. Neither incoming nor outgoing mail is functioning. I do not know what to do here. Please help! Thank you
