my emails are not sending

my emails are not sending

I recently had my email hacked.  I have changed all my passwords and no more hacking emails are being sent, but now the legitimate emails that I want to send are not leaving my outbox.  When I look in "accounts" in my mac mail, it says the zoho account is offline, but I am receiving emails.  What do I do?
