My flow keeps going on loops and deactivated

My flow keeps going on loops and deactivated

I have a flow that keeps getting deactivated because there is no way (I dont know how) to make it execute only once. 

I need:
When a deal is won
     - Create a folder in Zoho Work Drive (name same as deal name)
     - Create subfolder in the above folder 
     - Create a New project in Zoho Project (name same as deal name)

Using the deal name as the name for the Main folder and project name

Please help with detailed instructions
