When I click on my form link, the form appears to load but the application window is blank - no form loads. The Zoho applicaiton window just displays an empty screen with only the "Insert fields" box on view. After the page tries to load, the IE 'Done' message (lower left-hand corner) shows an error which when clicked says "Grid customised is undefined" I have tried all I can think of with no success, on the other hand, this is my first day on  ZOHO.

 

The form must be there somewhere, because when I click on "Access this Application" I can see the form live.

 

I tried logging in and out and still, no form template to be seen.

 

Any idea how to fix?
