How long does it take for a post to get through moderation?

The post was my second attempt to contact Zoho to get my account access sorted out - and the post does not even show up here.

Maybe I shouldn't bother with Zoho after all if it is impossible to get in touch and a timely reply?
In this case, is it enough to remove the zoho verify from the DNS settings and the MX recordsd to purge all traces of the account in Zoho?
