My Jobs Tab - CEO - Filter

When your role is set to CEO and you click on "My Jobs" you see all the jobs for everyone in the entire organization. This makes no sense. This should have a filter function just like any other module so that the user, even if CEO can display only jobs that are relevant to him/her and approvals.

Likewise you might want to see jobs for a specific user to monitor how effective they are. This should be an easy fix.
