My Mailbox is uselees

I cant send or receive mails.

With the primary user it works fine, but with the created accounts it doesn´t.

For example the account user@zoho.com with an alias like user@yourdomain.com is working. But with one created account like user2@yourdomain.com all is broken: You can´t send emails, You can´t receive emails and if you "send" an email and check the Sent Folder it is empty.

¿What is the problem, what should i do? I checked the mx and they are fine.
