My SPF and DKIM have been configured for my email domain - but suddenly my emails are being sent to junk / spam folder

Hi, I have been using Zoho email (with my custom domain) for awhile now and have configured my SPF and DKIM records successfully. Suddenly, I was informed that my emails are going into the spam / junk folders of the recipients. Did a test email to my gmail account and same thing as well. 

Would appreciate any help or guidance. Thanks!
