my super admin locked

please help me, I create zoho mail account using gmail account. after that I change my login ID, and now I can't login again because my login ID is that mail in the zoho. and when I ask forgot password I did not get the email. I'm very sure that mail to reset password is sent to zoho mail not to my mail exchange server

my gmail account before I changed it is aar@inzpiretechnology.com
and now my account ID has change to admin@astindohub.co.id

I have setup my mail excange server for admin@astindohub.co.id to inbound-smtp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com , but when I repeatedly ask forgot password for admin@astindohub.co.id . I still doesnt receive mail in my inbox on above mail excange.

please can you sent link reset password to admin@astindohub.co.id. I have set my MX record to i nbound-smtp.us-east-1.amazonaws.com but still dont receive reset mail , I can't login to my account again
