My website mails are going in spam

My website mails are going in spam

Hello,

I have some questions to ask:
1.  I am using one site which is blacklisted
2. So mails from this site are going in the spam folder of user email accounts like gmail
3. Can I send mail through zoho account to user email account?
i.e. If user will register to my site then user registration mail will go in my zoho account  from my server and then zoho will forward that registration mail to that particular users gmail account
4. If yes, please tell me the process to follow.
