hi.

wanna ask about my email in zoho.

my domain name is natakom.com

and my administrator user is hello@natakom.com

currently, when I login using administrator user, then the mailbox is not loaded.

my zoho id is:  53979071

 And I try to create another email which is hendranata@natakom.com. and it works perfectly.

also I attach a screenshot.. please help me to solve this issue..
