My Zoho CRM keeps refreshing every 5 seconds so it is unusable

My Zoho CRM keeps refreshing every 5 seconds so it is unusable

Not every time I log in however most times lately the Zoho CRM site keeps refreshing which does not allow me to access anything. Not sure how to get it to stop that. There is no other site I visit that does this.
