I setup SPF in my namecheap domain as  v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all.

I have also set MXE record for mx.zoho.com  mx2.zoho.com and  mx3.zoho.com.

My issue is that after sometime these records disapper from my namecheap Adancnce DNS setup section.

Should I have both? Why is this happening?
