named users or floating licences (concurrent hosts)?


Hello,

could you please clarify my understanding of how the meeting pricing works:
If I have a company with 50 people, all of which could be hosts but would use the meeting function maybe only 10 times on average during the year, am I to buy 50 full licences?
Or, if in practice there will never be more than 5 meetings going on at the same time, is it enough to buy 5 licences?

In other words: are the host licences for named users or floating licences?
