Namesco domain validation help.

I'm trying to validate my domain via CNAME as I don't have a website to do the HTML method.
I'm a beginner of sort but know how to follow instructions, basically the namesco Domain control panel has me stumped.
Where would I enter the CNAME (Alias) and the host name (domain.zoho.com)
