Natural progression in campaigns within the Zoho CRM

Natural progression in campaigns within the Zoho CRM

We are using the campaigns within the CRM but i cannot understand the workflow. If my agents dials the top lead showing in the list of leads within the campaign what is supposed to happen next? This is more relevant when the lead status changes to contacted or call back (or something else) or the member status changes.

There seems to be no natural progression or workflow regarding dialling the next lead. once you go passed the 10th lead there is no consistent feed of leads, can you assist?

Maybe i'm using the worng?
