navigating through forms

Hi all—

I'm contemplating moving to Zoho from Google docs, but I'm stumped as to how to do a basic action. I'm creating a test form for an employee to use when conducting telephone surveys. I'd like to start with a Multi Select question that would navigate her to another page of the form depending upon which option she selects. In a Google spreadsheet this is handled with a check box that reads "Go to page based on answer" and then there is a drop down list of all the other pages in the form. In this way I can set up the form so that she can navigate easily to only those questions she needs to ask (and type in responses for). How can I accomplish this same sort of navigation within Zoho Creator.
