We are migrating to Zoho from Solve360 to take advantage of Zoho's more powerful and customizable CRM functionality of Zoho. However, we are still finding that the simple task of entering data into a field (lead, contact or company) is much slower and clumsier than Solve360.
May I suggest that you make it easier to do this? Instead of having to click a tiny "edit" button beside the field, the user could simply double click the field's box. If the user wants to save the data just entered, clicking anywhere else on the screen should save the changes, again, not as it is now, having to click the tiny "save" button to the right or hitting enter.
