1. In the LEADS section - The Next and Previous Arrows are NOT working (Browser: IE 10 and GOOGLE CHROME and others)

Example: After you go to a contact and edit contact information - you then save and try to advance to the next record. The first time the arrow keys will work to forward to the next contact - when you edit that next contact and save then try to advance to the next contact record, THE NEXT AND PREVIOUS Arrows are GONE.  YES, THEY DISSAPEAR and are GONE - This causes all my reps to have to go BACK to the MAIN LIST and start all over again.  This is UNACCEPTABLE - and is causing lost time and MONEY.  We have 18-30 reps working on ZOHO and we are losing money with this major bug.  We need a solution NOW! 

 

2. In the leads section - when you click "edit" on the main list of contacts to get to a contact page - if you edit that contact record and save it immediately goes back to the MAIN LIST -  you NO LONGER have an opportunity to use the next and previous arrow keys... You now have to click on the NAME of the contact to be able to use the next and previous arrow keys  ( BUT THATS NOT WORKING NOW EITHER - SEE ABOVE) 

 

What is going on ZOHO - what are these bugs and we don't want to look for a new contact system but we are loosing money and patience!
