Navigation Suggestions

I think it would be invaluable to have the top section of each screen (Navigation Bar and at the minimum the name of the record, e.g. Potential Name) remain visible no matter where you are in that record, similar to FREEZE PANES/FREEZE ROW in Excel. I recognize that the Potential name is at the bottom of each note, but it would be quicker and easier to identify when several different tabs are open.

Additionally for NOTES, it would be helpful if the ADD NOTE, EDIT, & DELETE options appeared at the top of the note box AND remained at the bottom as well. I personally always put my notes in chronological order, with the most recent note being the top most. I don't like having to scroll all the way down in a lengthy note in order to edit my entry in that specific note box.

It would also be great if we could grab a note box and drag it, in order to reorder the notes as needed. Since people organize things in numerous ways, it would give greater flexibility in keeping the notes in an order that works best for each individual.
