Need a note feature

Just like you store and record emails to an account or contact need to create a note feature.

Currently I added a customer feild (text box). There I am manually recording the date and time of the entry and entering a note.

What I would like to see is note function where a dialog box pops up and I can enter notes. Then save it.

Then on the account or contact leve see a summary of notes - title and time. then click on any entry and recall, and edit the note.
