I have a customer who is a real estate rehab investor/broker. His team of agents will visit multiple homes per day, and his team fills out a "Rehab spreadsheet template" for estimating rehab costs. The template has 74 rows and three columns (Quantity, Price, Calculation).

The customer doesn't want to use the subform in CRM option because it requires clicking a button for each row, which is time-consuming. They're also familiar with formula fields in modules for calculating subtotals but as you know we are limited to 20 formula fields per module.

We tried using a Zoho Creator form to perform the calculations and insert the data into Zoho CRM, but the customer wants everything within the CRM.

Is it possible to write a function in Zoho CRM to calculate a field after saving for all 74 fields? Or is Zoho Creator the only feasible solution?

Any advice or alternative solutions would be much appreciated.
