Need access to Super Admin Account, dont' have user and pass

Need access to Super Admin Account, dont' have user and pass

Hi there, hoping someone from the Zoho team can help as I saw as similar topic created with a follow up. An employee that created a super admin account for a client has left and we don't have access to that account, only the user accounts. This is for www.loveivy.com. Would it be possible to recover access to the super admin account? Thank you.
