Need advice on getting started

I started a new website http://www.rosa4rockland.org. We are a not-for-profit. I think that if I could create a solution to achieve my website to CRM objectives on zoho this would be a solution that could be promoted widely.

What I really need is the following:

1.      Newsletter signup - I would like to have a way to get just emails from people who are interested in getting our announcements. Then could either generate email from CRM database or have it connect with standard mailing list. I just need a way to manage keeping a list of emails that want our announcements.

2.      Contact Form - Obviously the next step up in trying to get information is to get more than an email. Get someone to contact us for more information and supply more information. I would like to have contact form on word press send the information in a CRM database and (if possible) send me an email notifying me that there is a contact request.

3.      Donate - The ultimate objective is to get donations. We are happy to update the CRM on the back end to keep track of donations. What I would like is a way to get online donations into the database automatically. I would like to build a form on the site that enters data into CRM and then goes to paypal or perhaps takes paypal information on the backend via post or IPN. Key objective is to get the information on a donator into the database. And if email is already on file, actually just update existing record.

I have been searching around the site and forums looking for solutions and haven't found what I am looking for in the above areas. If anyone has suggestions on what I need to do please suggest away. I don't need it all spelled out. I just need to be pointed in the right direction.

We have a gmail account and are willing to do google apps integration if that makes sense as well.
