I've been with Zoho CRM for a year but haven't been able to get the most out of it.
I use the Old Professional edition with a few colleagues and I'm familiar with most technical aspect.
Yet Zoho remains just a fancy phonebook to look up names.
What I really need is to be able to load a bunch of leads into a certain audience category and start going through them one by one, initiating a process for each lead as I go, and I will need to have reminders set up to call the people back until they either become clients or dead ends. At the start of each day I'll need to see what's ahead of me. If I could get a graphical gantt-like view of progress that would be cool
. I haven't been do that let alone train my agents to follow suit.
Some obstacles:
- The current task system is hard to use (takes a long time to set up tasks)--would have liked a button for something like "remind me to call next week?"
- By default, I do not get emails about due tasks, let alone nagging reminders for overdue items.
- The Android app did not seem relevant last I checked it--sorry.
What would you guys recommend me to do? Should I read use cases? Watch a webinar? Upgrade to Enterprise (out of budget)?
