Every time I call a lead and they tell me to call back a certain day at a certain hour, I want to be able to set up a reminded that will pop up or something and the exact time telling me to call back that specific lead. 

I don't want to do it as a task because it takes too much time, but I want to know if there is any way to actually make it a but faster and easier.
