Need an app to calculate distance between 2 location

Need an app to calculate distance between 2 location

I need a creator application that captures 4 fields from Zoho Crm (Pickup Address and POstal code, Drop-Off Address an postal code) runs it through the google maps API and returns the distance between the two loactions so I can feed it back into CRM. Accepting bids.
