Need assistance evaluating - require group calendaring

Hi Guys,

Have had a call from ZoHo regarding our requirements but they had the wrong person call and really need an answer so hoping someone else here has a similar setup.

We have about 80 consultants around the world, they are self employed and BYOD. I need a calendaring solution that lets central administrators book appointments for all of the consultants using an aggregated view of all the consultant calendars (Read ZoHo calendars and grouping here). I would like all consultants to also create their own appointments but would rather they were not able to change administrator created appointments for them. Lastly it would be nice if they supported custom fields and some sort of reporting, even if it was just CSV exports by date.

Does anyone know if we can achieve this using ZoHo, either natively or with a plugin / add-on?
