Need assistance - not receiving emails

Hello. A few days ago I added both MX records set to priority 10 and priority 20 as outlined in the instructions. I'm still not receiving emails. My domain is hosted through Weebly.

Could the problem be that I also have other hosts pointing to the default set up in Weebly as copied below? I did not eliminate those after I added my Zoho MX records. Would that be the problem? Should I eliminate those?

I have attached a screenshot of my MX records (PLEASE NOTE: Zoho mx records are at the bottom).
