Need assistance - not receiving emails
Hi there.
I recently set up my Zoho business email account. I added the two MX records in my DNS management area set for priority 10 and priority 20, as outlined in the instructions.
My website is hosted and registered through Weebly. Attached is a screenshot image of the MX records area. As you can see, at the
bottom of the MX record area I have the two Zoho MX records added, however I still have Weebly's default setup pointing elsewhere (google) also set as priority 10 and priority 20.
Would that be the problem? Should I eliminate Weebly's default MX record setup and only keep it pointing to Zoho as priority 10 and 20?
