Recently found Zoho CRM and I like it. I am looking at moving my whole CRM setup to Zoho but I have one main area that I need to keep track of, but I cannot workout how to do that in Zoho at the moment.
Essentially, we run workshops that attendees signup for and we need to allocate that contact to an Event. We also note the status of that contact in the Event, ie Interested, Booked Not Paid, Booked & Paid. There is no create custom field for the Events to do this with, so how can I use Zoho as an Event Management tool?
