Need guidance

I have had zoho unused for months is there any service available to explain how each item I need works maybe by asking a series of questions or someone who can help me filter the items I need from the items I don't. It would save many hours and simplify the system for me. I don't need 3/4 of the items and it is overwhelming and not worth all the trial and error time used to figure this out. Willing to pay someone for their time. Any suggestions on who I would contact
