Need help creating a flow Zoho Subscriptions > Zoho CRM

Need help creating a flow Zoho Subscriptions > Zoho CRM

I am having difficulty creating a Flow.   Details:
  1. The flow should trigger upon a new subscription.
  2. The Flow should update a field (within a custom CRM module) for that specific customer.
  3. The Member (contact) within the custom module has a unique ID that is also associated with Zoho Subscriptions in a custom field.  
  4. This unique ID was first created in Zoho Forms (completed by customer) and then pushed to both ZCRM and ZSubsc.
What are the steps? I have tried multiple variations but cannot get it to work.  Appreciate any help!
