Background info - We do inspections on products we sell, and through a form - the inspection data gets stored into a custom module. What I want to do is somehow easily take the info stored in the fields and create a pre-formatted PDF with the merged data (by creating a button, perhaps?). I can somewhat accomplish this when the form is submitted (thru zoho writer), but I don't want the PDF created upon submission. I want to be able to manually turn it into a PDF at a later point. I think theres a way to do this using creator, but honestly I don't have a lot of experience using creator, so would need some hand holding through that.

Any thoughts? Let me know if I need to describe better too.
