I have customized my ZCRM implementation so that we use the Vendors module to associate Potentials with our Sales Channel Partners. I now want to be able to track their performance.
I have been unable to find a way to generate reports that will allow me to develop a pipeline for each channel partner because the Potentials module is not linked to the vendors module at all.
Does anyone have a suggestion for how I can accomplish this?
Specifically I want to be able to track the Close ratios for our channel partners (both as a % of the # of potentials and as a % of total quoted dollars), average deal size, and average time to close.
I have been unable to find a way to generate these reports from wither the Potentials module or from the Vendors module.
