Hello everyone, I'm reaching out for assistance with an issue I'm facing while trying to set up a Linked Service from Azure Data Factory to Zoho. Despite following the setup instructions carefully, I keep encountering a connection error that I can't seem to resolve.
This indicates a problem with API connection, suggesting that the request is forbidden, and it's accompanied by a 401 HTTP response code, typically related to authentication or authorization issues.
Steps Taken:
- I've double-checked the API credentials to ensure they're correct as well as the URL and endpoint (I've already renewed the access token multiple times and each token has an expiration time of 2 hours).
- Reviewed the permissions associated with the API key to confirm it has the necessary access.
- Verified that there are no IP restrictions or other security settings that might be blocking the connection.
Despite these checks, the error persists, and I'm unable to establish the connection.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or does anyone have insights on what might be causing this problem and how to resolve it? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I'm wondering if there's a specific setting I might have overlooked or if there's a known issue with connecting to Zoho from Data Factory.
