Need consulting help integrating WeChat.

I am the Zoho developer for my company and I understand the WeChat integration instructions given by Zoho.

However, I do not understand our WeChat subscription. When I login to our (paid) Wechat subscription, I find nothing like the instructions given by Zoho.
