Hi everyone,

I have a woocommerce based store. I have taken Zoho One subscription and am planning on integrating website with Zoho completely.

Currently I have made 3 modules: Orders, Contacts(Unique) and Products(Unique). These 3 modules are interlinked with multi-select lookup. This is so that i can track exactly how many orders a person has placed and what products does each order contains. But the problem here is that multi select lookup fields are not downloadable. I  want to be able to download the data and perform analysis on it. 

Any ideas on better way to set up Zoho CRM for an ecommerce store? Also, I want to be able to send automated invoice after the details have been updated on the CRM. How can i do this with Zoho One?

Any help will be appreciated.
